The “Snooze” singer reportedly announced she would remake her deluxe album, Lana, after three songs were allegedly leaked.

“Y’all leaked 3 songs from the deluxe . Atp y’all can keep the throw aways and leaks . I’ll be Starting LANA from scratch.”
She added,
“I’ll round up the leaks y’all already got and u can have those . Seems like a fair deal . ENJOY.”

SZA, born Solana Rowe, shared her feelings about the topic and said people who leaked songs “ruined them.”
She continued,
“Then it’s not mine anymore; it’s actually yours. It’s something unfinished that you decided was ready to be shared.”
The chart-topping artist also addressed the same issue earlier this year, vowing to hold people accountable for their actions.
SZA wrote on X,
“LEAKING MY MUSIC IS STEALING . THIS IS MY JOB . THIS IS MY LIFE AND MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. YOU ARE A F*CKING THIEF AND I PROMISE TO PUT MAXIMUM ENERGY INTO HOLDING EVERYONE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW . I AM TIRED.”
The deluxe album Lana is the upcoming reissue of her second studio album, SOS, released in 2022. It topped the Billboard 200 for an impressive 10 weeks and spawned several No. 1 songs, including “Kill Bill” and “Used” featuring Don Toliver. She also collaborated across genres with Justin Timberlake, Drake, Lizzo, Maroon 5, and others. SOS is also the first album by a Black female to spend a year on the coveted Billboard 200.
That album led the 2024 Grammy nominations with nine nods, and took home three awards including Best Progressive R&B Album.
The wave-making R&B singer is no stranger to that prestigious accolade. In 2022, she won her first Grammy, sharing the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance award with Doja Cat for “Kiss Me More.” Before that, she picked up a slate of nominations for Ctrl but lost out in each category. Then, in 2023, SZA was named Billboard’s Woman of the Year.
