Man Surrenders To SWAT At Home Linked To New Orleans Attacker Shamsud-Din Jabbar
Federal and local law enforcement, including the FBI and Harris County Sheriff’s Office, conducted a raid in north Harris County tied to the New Orleans New Year’s attack.
SWAT teams surrounded a home near Hugh Road and Crescent Peak Drive, removing four children and five adults. A man, believed to be connected to suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar, surrendered with his hands up and was taken into custody.
Public records link the address to Jabbar, who killed 10 people in New Orleans. Authorities suggest Jabbar may not have acted alone, but further details remain under investigation.
