LeBron James Gives Update On Where He Stands w/ Drake Following Rumored Fallout: We’re ‘In Different Places Right Now’

The door might be cracked instead of fully closed on #LeBronJames’ former friendship with Drake.

Speaking with Complex’s #SpeedyMorman, LeBron said he’ll always have love for the Toronto rapper and wishes him the best, but they’re just “in different places right now.” This update follows strong speculation that the two are no longer close.

Their rumored fallout followed Drake’s viral rap battle with #KendrickLamar. In July, Drake even appeared to take some shots at LeBron in “Fighting Irish Freestyle” and “What Did I Miss.”
