EXCLUSIVE: Keshia Knight Pulliam’s Ex-Husband Ed Hartwell Ordered to NOT Take Oxycodone While Driving w/ Daughter, Neither Can Have Romantic Overnight Guests
theJasmineBRAND exclusively reports, Keshia Knight Pulliam’s ex-husband Ed Hartwell has been ordered to not take oxycodone while driving with his daughter, along with neither being allowed to have romantic guests over when their kid is present.
Recently, Pulliam was awarded primary custody of their daughter Ella Grace with Hartwell being awarded visitation. Hartwell has to pay her $3,007 in child support per month.
According to recently filed court docs, during the trial Pulliam provided audio evidence to the court which showed Hartwell engaging in excessive verbal maltreatment of Pulliam during their marriage.
The court also reviewed evidence showing Hartwell declined to exercise visitation with his daughter during most of his scheduled visitations and he failed to inquire about the medical needs of the kid under after the trial started.
The judge noted the evidence presented at trial confirmed Hartwell’s lack of interest in the welfare and well-being of their kid. During the trial, Pulliam expressed her “grave” concerns about their kid living with Hartwell’s new girlfriend Tonya Carroll. She claimed Carroll was cruel to Hartwell’s 11-year-old son from a previous marriage.
Hartwell also admitted to being on three prescription medicines, which he said he had done for years even while playing with the NFL.
In regard to his visitation, the court granted him visitation with it increasing as he “becomes more familiar with the minor child.”
The judge ordered that neither Hartwell or Pulliam can’t have any romantic guests over when they have their daughter. The child support was based on Hartwell’s monthly income of $11,250 and Pulliam’s income of $8,765 a month. Each was awarded their own personal property.
Further, the order states Hartwell is not to take oxycodone or anti-depressants while driving when he has the kid (as part of exhibit).
