Music Producer Detail Loses $15 Million Rape Lawsuit

Music producer Detail lost a $15 million rape lawsuit filed by model Kristina Buch who accused him of sexual assault as well as emotional and sexual abuse.

The ruling was made earlier this week in an L.A. Superior Court.

Buch filed the complaint last year, but Detail nor his legal team responded, which caused Buch to secure a default judgment in her favor.

Buch said she met Detail at a Los Angeles recording studio in 2016. He said he’d help her with her music career but later got physical and allegedly demanded sex. He told her that’s what was needed for her to make her mark in the music industry, and when she denied him, he allegedly raped her.

Buch’s attorney released a statement and said that no one

“should have to suffer the type of abuse Ms. Buch has suffered at the hands of Mr. Fisher. We are gratified that the court saw that Mr. Fisher should be held accountable for subjecting Ms. Buch to this horrible abuse.”

She’s just one of six women who have accused Detail of assault. While he didn’t respond to Buch’s claims, he has responded to other related lawsuits filed against him and denied all allegations. He said because of the accusations, he’s lost much-needed work and was evicted from his home. He added that he was never actually served as he relocated after losing his home and work offices amid the allegations.

Another accuser, Isabella Mack, who was once Detail’s assistant, sued and said she was assaulted as Detail masturbated and demanded that she send him nude photos and videos. That lawsuit, along with another filed by a second former assistant whose identity has not been made public, was almost headed to default status as well before the producer and his legal team stepped in with a response.

Earlier this year, a singer named Neisha Neshae accused him of inappropriately touching her.

Detail, whose real name is Noel Fisher, is known for winning a Grammy thanks to his co-writing credit for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s “Drunk In Love.” He also produced Beyonce’s 7/11 as well as hits for Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Jhene Aiko and Nicki Minaj, among others.
