Justin Bieber Says That He Will Continue To Speak Up On Racial Injustice Because He’s “Benefited Off Of Black Culture”
Justin Bieber has been one of many celebs that have been very vocal about the racial injustices that black people have been facing in this country, especially after the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery.
Justin Bieber wrote a message to his 138 million followers on Instagram, telling them that he is committed to fighting racial injustice in this country, as he has been inspired by black people in his music career. The singer wrote,
“I am inspired by black culture. I have benefited off of black culture. My style, how I sing, dance, perform, and my fashion have all been influenced and inspired by black culture. I am committed to using my platform from this day forward to learn, to speak up about racial injustice and systemic oppression, and to identify ways to be a part of much needed change.”
