Kid Cudi Cast In “Don’t Look Up” Film, Alongside Leonardo DiCaprio & Meryl Streep

Kid Cudi has just been added to Adam McKay‘s forthcoming Netflix, star studded film “Don’t Look Up.”

Kid Cudi joins A- listers Jonah Hill, Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, Meryl Streep, and Jennifer Lawrence.

He celebrated the news with a post on Instagram.

“Excited isnt even the word. To be a part of this epic cast is unreal. And my first movie w my brother Timmy. God is good.”

He also showed his excitement by re-tweeting Netflix on Twitter.

Adam McKay serves as the writer, directer and co-producer of the project that will show astronomers who going on a media tour, alerting the world of an asteroid that is on it’s way to ruin Earth.

Kenya Barris

Last year we reported that Kenya Barris and Kid Cudi were teaming up for Entergalactic, which is an adult animated music series for Netflix. It will feature songs from Kid Cudi’s album and tell the story of a young man’s path to finding love.

Kid Cudi will serve as writer and executive producer, as well as star in the film. Kenya Barris is the executive producer as well via his Khalabo Ink Society company which is based under a Netflix deal.
