Donald Trump Files Class-Action Lawsuit Against Facebook, Twitter & Google: We’re Demanding An End To The Canceling You Know So Well

Donald Trump might be banned from some of the largest social networking platforms, but he’s still making his way into the media as he announces a lawsuit against major tech companies.

As previously reported, Facebook recently banned Donald Trump from the site for two years after he was accused of inciting violence on the Capitol earlier this year. Twitter also banned the former president permanently back in January.

Now, he’s announced that he’s suing Facebook, Twitter, and Google, and their CEOs (Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey, and Sundar Pichai respectively) who he described as “three nice guys. He is the lead plaintiff in the class-action lawsuits filed in the U.S. District Court for Florida’s southern district. He is alleging he has been wrongly censored.

He said during a press conference held at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey that the “tech giants” have participated in “illegal, shameful censorship of the American people.”

He added,

“We’re demanding an end to the shadow-banning, a stop to the silencing and a stop to the blacklisting, banishing and canceling that you know so well. Our case will prove this censorship is unlawful, it’s unconstituional, it’s completely un-American.”

He wants his accounts restored immediately, and is asking the court to order “punitive damages” against the defendants. He continued,

“We’re going to hold big tech accountable. This is the first of numerous lawsuits…”

He’s being backed by the American First Policy Institute.
