Tiffany Haddish–Sexual Abuse Accuser Speaks Out & Calls For Both Haddish & Aries Spears To Be Arrested ‘Immediately’

The woman who accused Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of sexual child abuse reportedly wants the pair arrested.

According to reports, the 22-year-old woman identified as ‘Jane Doe’ submitted a letter on Monday (Sept. 5) to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office calling for the comedians’ ‘immediate’ arrest and prosecution. Jane Doe said she’s prepared to provide

“irrefutable evidence that substantiates our allegations.”

The plaintiff’s request comes nearly a week after she filed a lawsuit accusing the comics of grooming and molesting her (Jane Doe) and her brother (John Doe) when they were 14 and 7-years-old. In her letter to L.A. Dist. Attorney George Gascón, Jane Doe explains that her mother filed a police report regarding Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears’ alleged crimes in Las Vegas back in January 2020. She claims Las Vegas authorities passed the case along to the LAPD, which “has done nothing with this complaint.”

The letter reads in part,

“This matter’s breadth and complexity require your jurisdictional powers and resources to tackle and end the stream (of) depravity committed by Haddish and Spears.”

Jane Doe continued,

“My brother and I are prepared to speak with investigators and prosecutors from your office and provide you with irrefutable evidence that substantiates our allegations.”

Jane Doe reportedly asked Gascon to “immediately arrest and prosecute” both Haddish and Aries.

As previously reported, a new lawsuit states that comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are accused of grooming a 14-year-old girl and her seven-year-old brother, coercing them to record rated R skits. The siblings, who are referred to as Jane Doe and John Doe, allege they are traumatized for life and the young boy said both defendants molested him. The older sister claimed Haddish taught her how to mimic fellatio for the skit. The lawsuit also claims that her younger brother was molested by Spears while filming a “Funny or Die” video titled “Through A Pedophiles Eyes.”

On Monday, Tiffany Haddish released a statement that said she “deeply” regretted her participation in a sketch that “was intended to be comedic” but ultimately “wasn’t funny at all.” Her statement reads,

“I know people have a bunch of questions. I get it. I’m right there with you. Unfortunately, because there is an ongoing legal case, there’s very little that I can say right now. … I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.”

In the lawsuit, Jane Doe and John Doe accuse Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of negligence, sexual battery, sexual harassment and sexual abuse of a minor. The siblings are seeking an unspecified monetary reward for

“past, present, and future general damages.”
