Paris Jackson Accuses Michael Jackson’s Estate Executors Of Mismanaging Funds, Demands Court Deny $625K In Legal Fees Over ‘Lavish’ & ‘Irregular’ Payments
Paris Jackson is questioning “irregular payments” made by her late father Michael Jackson’s estate, raising “serious” concerns about how legal fees are being handled.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Paris, 27, is objecting to a $625,000 request from estate executors John Branca and John McClain.
She criticized their use of “so-called ‘premium payments’ for unrecorded attorney time,” calling the charges “lavish gratuities” for already well-paid firms.
Her lawyer said some firms were paid “in full, in violation of the court’s order” before fee approval. Paris flagged inconsistencies: one firm’s bill changed from $194,000 to $211,000, while another dropped from $789,000 to $258,000.
“Why was the original amount so grossly overstated?” her lawyer asked.
She wants the entire fee request denied until invoices are fully reviewed. The executors insist they had an agreement with the Jackson children to submit legal fees every six months.
What are your thoughts on this drama with the Michael Jackson estate?
