With 332 electoral votes to Mitt Romney’s 206, President Obama defeated his running mate, winning his second term in office, causing for political types to celebrate even harder this go ’round. The event will include the swearing-in ceremony, the inaugural address, the parade, and 11 official balls. As a backstory, The inauguration for President Obama’s first presidency in 2009 made record-breaking attendance numbers and was among the most observed events ever on a global level. That ceremony was attended by major celebs, including Beyonce (who performed at the inaugural ball), Oprah Winfrey, and Denzel Washington.
