Former NBA Star Ray Allen Shamelessly Reveals His Hairline, Tells Fellow NBA Stars To Do The Same In New Challenge
NBA Hall of Famer Ray Allen is adding another entertaining challenge to the internet while social distancing and staying inside. On Tuesday (April 7), the former Miami Heat star launched the George Jefferson Challenge and encouraged “all my bald or going bald brothers to let it grow out, y’all know who you are!” He said in a video,
“When I took the picture, there was no way I was going to post it because I was thinking about what people were going to say. You know, I was thinking about being a meme or thinking about just hearing people’s comments.”

He added,
“Why do I care about some people make fun of me or laugh. That’s the least of my worries. Should be the least of yours, what people say about you. I know online, bullying is a huge thing nowadays, here people don’t want to be somebody’s meme or shamed. But y’all we really gotta get over that. Because, who gives a d***?”
Allen ends his message by opening up on his experience while being under quarantine,
“You start to dig down deep and you ask yourself, who you really are, who your friends are. People who check on you every single day. Who checks on youe every day? Who do you check on every single day? Or just check on period? The least of my worries is somebody laughing at me because my hairline isn’t what it used to be. I’m 44-years-old…”
He ended with saying that outward appearance doesn’t show who someone truly is.
For his hairline challenge, the 2-time NBA champion welcomed a lengthy list of former and current NBA players to participate including LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal and Stephon Marbury.
In addition, Ray Allen shared an image of the fictional 70s sit-com icon George Jefferson, jokingly referring to what he would look like while staying safe at home.

Unfortunately, Shaq recently lost a bet with former teammate Dwyane Wade and, as a result, showed up on TNT displaying his real hairline in early March. See clip below:
