Joe Budden Announces He Has COVID-19 Weeks After Officially Launching ‘The Joe Budden Network’
Former rapper and reality star Joe Budden took to his Twitter to announce that there may be a bit of an interruption of the production of his podcast. On Thursday evening (October 29), the well-known host of “The Joe Budden Podcast” posted a short tweet saying:
So i have Covid. I’m pretty sure this effects our pod schedule.
The production schedule of Joe Budden‘s own podcast may not be the only one affected by his COVID-19 diagnosis. Recently, Joe Budden parted ways with Spotify and decided to launch his own network, aptly named “The Joe Budden Network.” He announced this new venture via social media and introduced Mandii B, Olivia Dope, and Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Bridget Kelly as the hosts of the “See, The Thing Is” podcast that will be featured on the network. At this time, there hasn’t been any official word yet on how things will progress with the new podcast or any of Joe Budden‘s other endeavors.
As the COVID-19 continues with unfortunately no immediate cure or vaccine in sight, other celebrities have also announced that they too have been infected with the virus. Actor and former pro wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced a few weeks back that he, his wife, and their two young daughters had the virus. Actress Alyssa Milano, Grammy-winning singer/songwriter P!nk and her three-year-old son, Academy Award-winning actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, and Idris Elba and his wife Sabrina Dhowre are just some of the highly recognizable names of celebrities who have gotten the virus over the past few months.
We certainly hope Joe Budden will recover from COVID-19 soon!
