Sabrina Parr Reveals She Is Already Dating After Breakup With Lamar Odom

Lamar Odom and his ex Sabrina Parr have broken up again, and it looks like she’s moved on.

Sabrina Parr answered questions on her Instagram story about her dating life and staying positive during a breakup.

One fan asked her “how do you manage to stay so positive going through a break up [sic]?”  She replied,

“Prayer! Keeping positive people around me.  Switching my focus on all the good things that exist in my life with or without a man! Reminding myself of my truth everyday and truly understanding my worth!”

Another fan asked her if she is sad about the breakup.  She replied,

“At first, of course.  He was my friend and I loved him. After a few weeks, God revealed some new things to me and showed me so many new things to be happy about! I’ve found peace in that new space!”

In another question, Sabrina Parr gave advice on getting over heartbreak.

“Stay close to real friends and family. Pray everyday all throughout the day and write down positive affirmations!”

Sabrina Parr then revealed that she has already started dating.

We previously reported that Lamar Odom recently replied to, Sabrina Parr’s cryptic posts amid their breakup.

Lamar Odom responded in an Instagram video.

“It’s kind of crazy, I woke up this morning and I started getting all these calls…due to someone making incredibly hurtful allegations. It kind of got me in a mode to where the New York Times’ best-seller wanted to write to kind of just address it, maybe address it to myself.”

He continued and read the statement he wanted to share.

“First I would like to say that I’m grateful for life experiences. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. That lesson is to clearly make sure that all individuals that I choose to have in my inner circle are loyal and honest.”

He added:

“We all have our ups and downs in life. Me and this girl, we shared a moment in time, and within that moment in time, I found that we should not be together. I wish her all the best but she’s in need of help like we all are in life. I am lucky to have found mine. But the slander and the lies has to stop. I’m very clean and sober and happy, and single. I’m living and not just existing. I am Lamar Odom and I am blessed.”

He added the caption,

Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr called it quits after more than two years together.Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr announced their engagement on social media in November 2019.

She revealed roughly a year later they had called off the wedding.
