Beyoncé Tickets To Her Upcoming Renaissance Tour Auctioned Off For $150k At Wearable Art Gala, Confirming 2023 Launch
If you needed confirmation that Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour will begin in 2023, consider yourself confirmed!
According to attendees from this weekend’s Wearable Art Gala, two tickets for the highly anticipated concert were auctioned off for $20,000 at the event. Back in September of this year, we reported that rumors were swirling of international singing sensation Beyoncé, 41, was gearing up for a 2023 tour, performing hits from her recently released “Renaissance” album. The 16 track project released July 29th this year and debuted #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100.

Reportedly, the tour package included two concert tickets, first class airfare tickets, as well as a 3 night hotel stay. The package also seemingly comes with a backstage tour guided by Beyoncé’s mama, Mrs. Tina Knowles–Lawson. Mrs. Tina, Jay Z, and Blue Ivy Carter all attended the wearable art gala as well.

Reports state that while bidding began at $20,000 for the package, the price tag ended at a whopping $150,000. However, if you’ve been paying any attention to the response to “Renaissance”, it’s no surprise tickets may come with a hefty fee. Following news that the singer may be going on tour next year, social media users immediately began checking their bank accounts and saving for the event.

Beyoncé’s latest album not only did chart numbers, but is now up for several awards. Beyoncé/”Renaissance” has been nominated for a number of AMA’s including “Artist Of The Year”, “Album Of The Year”, and “Song Of The Year” for “Break My Soul”. The “Church Girl” artist is expected to rack up a number of Grammy nominations as well.
