Nicki Minaj’s Husband Ordered To Settle Lawsuit w/ Alleged Rape Victim

Nicki Minaj’s husband is being ordered to settle his sexual assault lawsuit.

New reports reveal that a judge is mandating Kenneth Petty to settle his sexual assault lawsuit with his accuser, Jennifer Hough. As previously reported, Jennifer Hough sued Nicki Minaj’s husband last year for infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and witness intimidation.

According to court documents, Judge James R. Cho referred the case to mediation. The documents state:

“Parties to select a mediator by 12/20/2022 and complete mediation by 3/6/2023. They may participate in the mediation remotely. Both sides shall file a joint status report two weeks after completing the mediation, but no later than 3/20/2023, whichever date is earlier.”

Jennifer Hough also sued Kenneth Petty’s wife Nicki Minaj, claiming the rapper took part in the harassment campaign. Hough alleges the couple harassed and threatened her to make her withdraw her rape allegations against Kenneth Petty. Eventually, the alleged victim dropped her claims against Nicki Minaj, born Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty, however her allegations against Petty remain.

Last year, the 44-year-old pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender. In July, a judge sentenced him to one year of home confinement and three years of probation.

As previously reported, Kenneth Petty is also pursuing a lawsuit against the State of New York over his sex offender status as the Queens native wishes to get his name removed from New York’s sex offender registry. Petty alleges he was never able to challenge his sex offender status but the authorities have said otherwise.
