Shedeur Sanders’ NFL Jersey Becomes Highest Selling Among 2025 Rookies
Despite all the controversy surrounding his NFL draft experience, the Shedeur Sanders fandom is clearly alive and well!
According to apparel retailer Fanatics, the 23-year-old’s official NFL jersey is now the top-selling rookie jersey of the 2025 class, even outperforming No. 1 and No. 2 projected sellers Cam Ward and Travis Hunter.
The sales data is based on transactions made across Fanatics’ network of sites, including NFLShop.com and the Cleveland Browns’ online store. While day-one draft picks had a two-day head start, Shedeur’s jersey surged ahead, flying off the virtual shelves shortly after release.

Many believe fans are rallying around Shedeur in response to what some see as an unfair draft outcome.
As previously reported, the star QB was projected to be a Top 5 first-round pick, but shockingly slid to the fifth round, eventually selected at No. 144 overall by the Cleveland Browns, after the team had already chosen another quarterback.
Insiders claimed team owners were put off by Shedeur’s confidence, calling it “boastful,” and wanted to humble the athlete. While others said his demeanor had nothing to do with where he was selected.
Although the Browns haven’t assigned Shedeur a jersey number yet, his jerseys will be produced and shipped once that detail is finalized.
