Kylie Jenner’s Baby Daddy Travis Scott Sued by Security
The legal battles seem to be endless for Travis Scott. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports that the 25-year-old rapper is being hit with yet another lawsuit over a fan’s unfortunate experience at one of his shows.
Here’s the backstory: A security company is pointing the finger at Scott, who is reportedly expecting his first child with reality star Kylie Jenner in 2018, over a fan falling from a balcony at one of his concerts.
Earlier this year, a man named Kyle Green hit Scott with a lawsuit, but also named The Bowery in New York and Strike Force Protective Services in his suit.
Green alleges that he suffered injuries at Scott’s show, when he was pushed off of the balcony. And while the rapper didn’t physically push Green himself, he accuses the recording artist of ‘inciting’ mayhem and chaos during his performance. According to Green, other fans pushed him over the balcony. He claims that Scott noticed that he had fallen and he instructed his bodyguards to retrieve him from the floor and bring him on stage.
Despite Scott’s instructions, he says the rapper’s bodyguards dropped him in front of the stage. In the suit, he also says that those that removed him from the venue, did so without giving him proper medical care. He says that he wasn’t even given a cervical collar.
Greene, who resides in New York, says that because of the incident he is now paralyzed on the left side of his body. He now claims to use a wheelchair and is suing for unspecified damages.
Here’s the latest: Strike Force Protective Services, the concert’s security who was also sued by Green, deny they are responsible for the man’s injuries. The company responded earlier this month, stating in court docs that the alleged victim should have been well aware of the risks that he may face by attending Scott’s concert. They counter-sued Scott, blaming the rapper for any and all injuries that Green suffered. They also stated in their counter suit that if Green wins the case and is awarded damages, Scott and the concert venue should be held liable.
