Wendy Williams Estranged Husband Kevin Hunter Seeking Spousal Support & Child Support For Son

One of the biggest celebrity splits of 2019 easily involves daytime talk show host Wendy Williams and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Kevin Hunter. Now, a new chapter in their split has been revealed—and it surrounds Hunter reportedly seeking spousal support from Williams.

Wendy Williams has had a very rough (and very public) 2019. What began as an extended and repeated absence from her namesake talk show, spiraled into her admission of relapsing, living in a sober house, allegations of physical abuse inflicted by her estranged husband Kevin Hunter, rumors of Hunter’s lingering affair and outside child and finally Williams filing for divorce.

Since filing for divorce, Williams has reportedly fired Hunter as both her manager and as executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show, however he is rumored to be receiving a hefty $10 million payout. There have also been allegations that Hunter called the police on Williams in the past because an argument turned physical, while Williams reportedly feared that Hunter was secretly poisoning her.

Now, it’s being reported that Hunter is requesting that Williams pay him spousal support as they head into divorce proceedings. Hunter has reportedly not only filed for spousal support, but also child support for their son, Kevin Jr., who will be 19-years-old in August. In addition, he allegedly wants Williams to also shell out the full amount for Kevin Jr’s college expenses.
