Floyd Mayweather Says He’s Not Flaunting His Money, While Showing Off Stacks Of Cash: In A Recession, I Can Still Feed My Loved Ones!
Floyd “Money” Mayweather is defending his right to post his wealthy stacks of cash during a Instagram live talk with former NFL star, Antonio Brown. The professional boxer addressed the ongoing financial crisis in response to the global pandemic virus.
The billionaire athlete explains how he has thrived during this health crisis via “smart,” investments. In addition, Mayweather held up stacks of cash while explaining:
“Even with myself, [people] are like … ‘Floyd gonna end up with nothing.’ I made smart investments.”

He adds,
“That’s why, right now, with this huge epidemic, with this huge s— going on, crazy stuff going on, my investments are still paying off. This is not about throwing this in nobody’s face or showing out. This is saying ‘I’m blessed.”
Mayweather continues:
“In a recession, I can still feed my loved ones. When you’re showing your $60,000, you’re saying I can still feed my wife. I can still feed my children. And you gotta let them know.”
As previously reported, earlier this month the all-star boxer teased the possibility of investing in Newcastle United soccer team.
He first reportedly expressed interest in the team back in 2018, but headlines concerning the alleged investment recirculated thanks to a comment he made while in Newcastle.

He stated:
“In the U.S. we call it soccer, but the Newcastle football team is an unbelievable team…If the people want me to buy the Newcastle team, let me know!”
Interestingly sources close to Floyd Mayweather said he’s not completely canceling out the idea, but still hasn’t had any official conversations yet.
