‘Superfly’ Actor Kaalan Walker Released On Reduced Bail Due To COVID-19, Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Multiple Women
Kaalan Walker is out and about once again.
Back in late 2018, Superfly actor and rapper Kaalan Walker was arrested and accused of raping multiple aspiring models he met through social media. He was slapped with nine counts of sexual assault charges for incidents reportedly taking place between 2016 and 2018, and his bail was originally set at $1,080,000.

Last month, Kaalan Walker was released on bail. However, reports have recently come out alleging that Walker‘s bail was ultimately reduced from its original $1,080,000 due to the ongoing pandemic. The exact amount of his reduced bail is currently unknown.
Sadly, some of his alleged victims became aware of the news through social media, as none of them were formally notified of Walker’s release.
One alleged victim, Jaira Noelani, reacted to the news and told FOX 11:
“It makes me feel like girls and young girls are not valued.”
She continued,
“Women are not valued, sexual assault survivors are not valued.”
Another alleged victim, Sydney Stanford, shared similar sentiments:
“That just tells you right there, how little they care about the girls in this case.”
R&B singer Kehlani has publicly shown her support for the alleged victims in the case and condemned his release. Kehlani pointed out via Twitter:
“[H]e was released on bail & is back shooting photography of people (how he started assaulting people in the first place, many of which were minors).”

Walker maintains his innocence amid these accusations.
