Drew Sidora Addresses ‘RHOA’ Costars Questioning The Legitimacy Of Her ‘Drop It With Drew’ Fitness Company: Name Someone On This Cast Who Hasn’t Had Work Done
Drew Sidora isn’t letting a couple of debbie downers stop her from helping others get in shape!
A topic of discussion this season on “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” has been one of Drew Sidora’s business ventures, “Drop It With Drew.” According to her fitness company’s website, “Drop It With Drew” is a 21 Day fat loss program that guarantees participants will drop at least 8-10 pounds during the duration of the workout experience. Despite the program seemingly being a beneficial resource for the general public, some of Drew Sidora’s “RHOA” costars couldn’t help but question the legitimacy of the fitness company.
During a recent episode of the popular reality series, Kenya Moore, Shereé Whitfield, Kandi Burruss, and Marlo Hampton, shared with Drew Sidora that they don’t fully understand her business or believe it’s real. They also questioned how the “Girlfriends” actress can run a fitness program if she’s previously had work done.
Drew recently chatted with journalist Ty Cole from BET+ and called out her cast members for their harsh criticism. She said,
“First and foremost, they want to come for me to get work done — I’ve talked about getting work done.”
She continued,
“Name someone on this cast who hasn’t had work done? I’ll leave that there. They cannot come to me because I’ve openly talked about it and some of them need to be a little more transparent about their body journeys. Secondly, I still believe they can join the program and learn what’s about — they need to sign up on the website as we are starting a new session June 12th with a following sign up after the fourth of July.”
She added,
“They need to support me and last time I checked, they all have not had straight-up A+ businesses. Some of them had water in their hair products I believe and some of them didn’t that good A+ rating in their restaurants. I’m tired of them coming for my baby — this is a passion project.”
As previously reported, one of Kandi Burruss’ restaurants voluntarily closed last summer due to a failed health inspection.
Also, during a previous season of “RHOA,” Kenya Moore was a topic of discussion after she held a launch event for her hair company and had water in the product bottles.
Drew continued and said,
“[Drop It With Drew] was not intended for me to make money — they wanted me to be the face of it. I felt I wanted to lose weight so it’s a real and true authentic journey for me that was for me. I became passionate because I was losing weight, feeling great, and met people were losing weight — coming off of medications and diagnosis were changing. People had so many testimonies that had me in tears where I realized it’s not about me.”
She added”
“I didn’t realize I had an impact and I’m helping people — none of us are the post children for the gym, we just want to be healthy.”
