Kanye West Allegedly Facing Pressure Over Making 2nd ‘Donda’ Listening Party Different Than The 1st
Kanye West is gearing up for another Donda event in Atlanta, but he’s still figuring out how to make it unique.
Kanye West is hosting another listening party for his Donda album, as reported by TMZ earlier today (Friday, July 30th). His first listening party went down last Thursday (July 22nd) in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium. He was joined by various celebrities at the event, including Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Rick Ross.
Kanye West was scheduled to drop his album the very next day (Friday, July 23rd). However, the artist ultimately decided to put off his album and release it sometime in August. While he perfects Donda, Kanye West has been living in Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
However, reports have just come out confirming the rapper is planning to host another listening party in Atlanta. The event will reportedly happen this upcoming Thursday (August 5th). Despite the plans, Kanye West is allegedly still trying to come up with ideas for how to make the second listening party different from the first.
His team is said to be facing pressure from Live Nation and CAA on how to make it special in order to sell tickets.
At the first listening party, Kanye West was clad in an all-red outfit against a plain white floor. Additionally, he scarcely spoke at all during the event.
Now, it sounds like Kanye is trying to come up with a plan for how to surprise fans at the second listening party.
