O.J. Simpson Being Sued For Nearly $100 Million By Murder Victim’s Father
It seems like O.J. Simpson’s past is coming back to haunt him.

In recent court documents, Fred Goldman, 81, says he’s applying for a renewal of his old judgment against O.J. Simpson, who was acquitted of the 1994 murder of Fred Goldman’s son, Ron Goldman. Nicole Brown Simpson died along with Ron Goldman as they were both stabbed to death in Brentwood, California.

In 1997, former NFL star O.J Simpson was ordered to pay $33.5 million to the Goldman family. In 2015, Fred Goldman stated O.J., 74, owed him $57 million including interest. Goldman says interest has accumulated over the last seven years and has now reached up to $97 million.
According to Goldman, O.J. only made a handful of small payments over the years. Goldman has previously argued that O.J. should be making decent money to pay his family after being released from prison in 2017. O.J. was convicted in 2008 for armed robbery and sentenced to 33 years in a Nevada prison. He was let out on parole nine years into his sentencing for good behavior.
