50 Cent Bans Trey Songz From Attending Any Future Tycoon Events Following Rumors He Got Into a Hotel Room Altercation Over a Woman
From the desk of 50 Cent: Trey Songz is not allowed to attend any more Tycoon Weekend events in Houston, Texas.
The rapper and businessman, who moved to Houston in 2021, took to his Instagram page on Wednesday (August 31) to make the announcement. Posting a photo of the R&B singer with the words “BANNED FROM TYCOON” scrawled across it, 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) said,
“Last TYCOON he crashed a Wraith, this TYCOON he was acting crazy, wanting to fight and shit over the girls. He broke some shit up in his room @antthaladiesman Nah tell @treysongz he can’t come. smh”

Trey Songz — who apparently doesn’t like to spend money at strip clubs — allegedly got into a fight at the weekend event after he was discovered in a hotel room with a Love and Hip Hop chick.

The news that Trey Songz was involved in an altercation over a woman may come as no surprise, considering he has been hit with several lawsuits and accusations for sexually assaulting women. Some of the lawsuits have since been dismissed.
He’s even been called scum by “Rory & Mal” podcast host Rory Farrell, who said the singer routinely abuses women. According to Rory Farrell,
“In 15 years however f**k long it’s gonna be, that Trey Songz doc is gonna be crazier than the R.Kelly one. Trey Songz is the most nasty, abusive, rapey, beats the sh*t out of women. Like he’s the scum of the f***ing Earth.”

The podcaster continues on, asserting that he knows multiple women personally who speak to having similar abusive experiences with the “Neighbors Know My Name” singer. Rory Farrell continued,
“This isn’t one story. This is personal that I know with, and I’m not even exaggerating, close to 15-20 women, all with the exact same experience. That I know not to be liars at all.”
Tycoon Houston Weekend, organized by 50 Cent‘s G-Unity Foundation, took place from August 25 to August 28 in several locations throughout the city, starting with a comedy and music event at the Toyota Center. Bill Bellamy, Lil Duval and B Simone were on the lineup, as well as Keith Sweat, Sammie, Flo Rida, and Jeremih.

The weekend also included brunches, adult swimming parties, and an invasion of bartenders and dancers from 50 Cent‘s hometown of New York City. Teams captained by 50 Cent and Fat Joe were scheduled to compete in a celebrity basketball game, with Ray Jay and Slim Thug as participants.
Boxer Floyd Mayweather also planned to make an appearance, a move that came after he and 50 Cent squashed their decade-long beef.
