Brandy Reveals She ‘Would Love’ To Do A Reunion Special With ‘Moesha’ Co-Stars: ‘I Would Love To See Everybody’
Brandy said she’s open to doing a “Moesha” cast reunion.

Brandy, who played the title character on the beloved sitcom for six seasons, said she “would love” to do a cast reunion special with her co-stars from the hit TV series.

During an interview with PageSix at her Stella Rosa tasting event on Wednesday (March 27), the singer suggested it’d be a good idea despite not talking to them for quite some time.
“I haven’t seen the cast in a long time. I would love to see everybody, see how everybody is doing, and see what everybody is up to.”

Moreover, Brandy also admitted that she hasn’t been in contact with her former cast members but is “very supportive” of them from afar.

Known for her role as Moesha Mitchell, the “The Boy Is Mine” singer starred in the popular 90s sitcom from 1996 to 2001 alongside Sheryl Lee Ralph, Shar Jackson, William Allen Young, Countess Vaughn, Marcus T. Paulk, Fredro Starr, and the late Lamont Bentley and Yvette Wilson.

The iconic show ended due to low ratings. The show’s viewership reportedly dropped eight percent from Season 5, which ultimately led to its demise.
Before starring in “Moesha,” Brandy was an R&B star. She released her self-titled debut album in 1994. To date, she has released a total of eight studio albums. She is considered a living legend in contemporary R&B.

In addition to singing, Brandy has racked up acting credits over the years. She’s appeared in movies and TV shows, including The Perfect Match (2016), Zoe Ever After (2016), Star (2018-2019), and more.
