Wendy Williams & Nene Leakes End Their Feud: I Got A Call Saying Get Off The Bullsh*t & Get On Some Real Sh*t!

The feud between Wendy Williams and NeNe Leakes has officially ended, with the pair reuniting in NYC. Over the weekend, the talk show host shared a sweet photo with the Real Housewives of Atlanta star. The three sat at a table together with Madina Milana in the center.

NeNe also shared photos of the pair hanging out together, hinting as to how they reunited. She wrote:

When you get the call that says…Sis, let’s get off the bullshit and get on some real shit. OVERCOMING (I’m just saying it how it was said) This nite right here, was a movie! No No you don’t understand, A REAL MOVIE @wendyshow LISTEN, every week i get a call from someone advocating for this to happen. IT HAPPENED! @erndukes you did dat??

Reportedly, tension between the two began in 2014. There appeared to be tension brewing when NeNe was on Dancing With the Stars.

Wendy weighed in on NeNe’s participation on the show, warning the reality star not to be an ‘angry black’ girl. In 2015, it was rumored that there was a confrontation at the Woman’s Expo in Atlanta, involving Wendy’s now estranged husband Kevin Hunter.

In 2016, NeNe addressed their fallout stating:

I have never had a problem with Wendy, let’s be clear! I have never had a problem with Wendy. Every week on her show she began speaking negatively about me. When her show first started out and it was doing well, I bought her a bag. Not to brag about what it was or to make a big deal out of it — because no one knew until she brought it up and started doing this sh*t.

I’ve been on her show several times — all of a sudden she starts bashing me every single week. The one time I came back and let Wendy know that she was not going to be doing that — she all of a sudden starting having an issue with me and never spoke to or about me again, as far as I know.

If she spoke to me today, I would speak to her. I don’t hold a grudge. I want to support Wendy. It’s not in my heart to not support another successful Black woman, but that’s just how it is right now.
