Vivica A. Fox Says She Wouldn’t Do A ‘Set It Off Reboot, BUT She’s Totally Here For A ‘Soul Food’ Sequel
Vivica A. Fox is floating the idea of another Soul Food movie.
The actress joined The Sherri Shepherd show recently and made it clear that while she’s not interested in rebooting her 1996 classic Set It Off, she’s more than open to the idea of doing a sequel to Soul Food.

Released in 1997, the heartwarming movie follows the struggles of a close-knit family as they navigate life following the hospitalization of the family’s matriarch, Big Mama. Fox stars in the classic film alongside her movie sisters, Vanessa L. Williams and Nia Long, as well as Michael Beach and Mekhi Phifer.
