Alex Rodriguez – Fans Think This Photo Proves He Took Back the Porsche He Once Gifted to J.Lo

Break ups can be a little messy once gifts are returned. Former Yankee player, Alex “A.Rod” Rodriguez, sent fans in a frenzy as he recently celebrated his 46th birthday. On Wednesday night (August 18), Alex Rodriguez posted a suave picture on Instagram as he leaned on a red Porsche 911 GTS. Fans quickly noticed the familiar vehicle as it was the same Porsche gifted to his ex-fiancé, Jennifer “J.Lo” Lopez , for her 50th birthday in 2019.

The newly single A.Rod kept it real simple with his caption but fans began to flood his comments section after speculating the car was returned or “taken”.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez ended their five year relationship earlier this year. The two began dating in March 2017 after knowing each other for 12 years. The pair made their first appearance together on the Met Gala’s Red Carpet in May 2017 and instantly became Hollywood’s hottest couple.

The happy couple became a blended family and were often seen hanging out with their children. Jennifer Lopez shares twins with entertainer, Marc Anthony; as Alex Rodriguez shares two children from a previous marriage. After two years of dating, A.Rod proposed to the multi-talented singer on March 2019. The two happily announced their engagement on Instagram.

By March 2021, news broke of a possible break up. On March 13, however, the couple released a joint statement stating “We are working through some things”. Things became a little steamy after Lopez posted an interesting TikTok video featuring Saweetie’s  “Pretty B**** Freestyle”. A few weeks after J.Lo’s subliminal post, the couple confirmed their break-up in April.

Within a couple of months, J.Lo began to make headlines as paparazzies caught her reuniting with a couple of her exes. The superstar was caught several times with ex, actor Ben Affleck. Many fans began to speculate the two were back together and claimed it to be the “Bennifer Reunion”.

The intention of A.Rod’s recent post is unclear but he recently released a statement Tuesday night after J.Lo was spotted celebrating her birthday with Ben Affleck.  He tells Entertainment Tonight:

 “I had five years of an incredible life and partnership and also with my daughters, we learned so much.”
