Lonzo Ball Says Bulls Fans Should Expect Him ‘Back On The Court’ This Season
Looks like a familiar face is returning to the court this NBA season.
TMZ recently caught up with Lonzo Ball, 26, at the LAX airport and chatted with the professional athlete about his plans for the NBA season. For those unaware, Lonzo Ball is a point guard for the Chicago Bulls. Unfortunately, due to some injuries, including a meniscus tear, the California native has been benched since January 2022. Head coach Billy Donovan reportedly expected Lonzo Ball to return at the top of this year, but things didn’t go exactly as Donovan had hoped. In July, however, it was reported that Ball was cleared to participate in full-contact five-on-five scrimmages. Fast forward to now, and it appears Lonzo is ready to be a full-time player again.

In his latest interview, he shared that his recovery is “going well.” When asked what fans can expect from him this NBA season, Lonzo confidently said for him to be,
“back on the court.”
Lonzo Ball was drafted into the league in 2017 as the second overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers. In 2019 he was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans and in 2021 he made his way over to his current team, the Chicago Bulls.
